Shipping policy
Good Cheer aims to ship all individual orders within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of your order. Any orders made on a holiday, or other closures noted on our website, will be shipped within 1-2 business days upon reopening.
Please note that shipping times specified at checkout do not include the processing and packaging time of 1-2 business days. USPS is our primary shipping carrier, but we may use alternative shipping carriers whenever appropriate. Any shipping delays from postal carriers are out of our control and do not qualify for a refund.
For gifts, we encourage you to verify the recipient's address before placing your order. In the case that your order is unclaimed or returned for any reason, you will be notified immediately via email. Good Cheer is happy to re-ship packages once we receive the correct address, and a small re-shipping fee has been paid.
Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time. Local pick up in Nashville, TN may be available for select items. Please contact customercare@goodcheershop.com if you are interested in arranging.
